Mr. Grayson is a Principal Consultant in the practice areas of strategic planning; executive coaching; and total quality management (TQM).  He has over 40 years of experience as a successful aerospace industry executive and entrepreneur. As the CEO and President of Univox, a California based manufacturer, that manufactured electronics equipment for military and commercial aircraft and the FAA air traffic control centers and reverse osmosis water purification systems for the DOD, the company was a 3 time Inc. Magazine award winner.  Mr. Grayson also served as a presidential appointee to the US Department of Commerce.
